Connecting with the other players and families is a lot of fun! It’s wonderful to celebrate each other's kids and to cheer them on. I love how there is just as much emphasis on character and integrity as there is on skill development and winning.

We love the positive culture that Coach Cass creates, one built on hard work, accountability, and encouragement. It’s a disciplined environment that brings out the best in players and teaches lessons that carry far beyond the court. We also appreciate the strong family feel, where parents are involved, supportive, and truly care about each team and every player.

Some of our favorite things about the YB Family is just that. It feels like a family, from the players to the coaches to the parents it's a warm friendly inviting atmosphere. The program is very well organized and professional. They help the boys reach reasonable attainable goals and not only build their basketball skills, basketball IQ, but also build confidence and integrity.

My favorite part of this basketball program has been the way it balances skill development with building character. Tucker has grown so much as a player, but even more importantly, he’s learned about teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Cass sets high expectations and has shown Tucker how to push through hard moments and not give up when things get tough. All the kids in the YB family share the same drive and determination. They encourage each other and celebrate one another. And the families do the same! It’s such a great group of kids, coaches and families!

The players and their families are one of a kind! Everyone supports all kids on the YB teams. Coach Cass embodies loyalty, trust, discipline, and exceptional work ethic. He is great at uplifting all the athletes while providing constructive criticism when needed.

Our favorite thing of being part of the YB family is the strong friendships we have developed, including with the players, parents, and coaching staff. We truly enjoy spending time together both on and off the court.

Major commitment from coaching staff, ability to address specific skill sets of all players, awesome practice environment, all the small things that go a long way to make the kids feel seen and supported, competitiveness, great group of families!

It really does feel like a family! That part is awesome. Also, the coaching and focus on skill development make this different from clubs we've been part of in the past.

The most important thing that I appreciate about YB is that the coaching is done by you, Cass and that you have a significant amount of experience in different levels of basketball. Not all programs offer that benefit. Followed closely is my appreciation for the emphasis on character and discipline. Regarding the overall family I really appreciate the openness and welcoming of the other parents an everyone's willingness to work together to provide rides and share celebration of achievements.

Cass. Coach Cass is a gem of a person and a great basketball coach. The program is the most welcoming of places for kids of all capabilities to grow together as basketball players and people.
