At Home: Kamari is a very deep thinking 10 year old. She loves to dance! She likes to play sports with her sisters. She loves to randomly do cart wheels! She is looking forward to playing with the YB crew!

On the Court: Kamari is tough as nails—a powerful and fearless competitor who combines her tremendous physical strength, quickness, and determination to make a major impact every time she steps on the court. In the three years she has been part of the program, her transformation has been remarkable. What began as raw enthusiasm from a complete beginner has evolved into the confidence and skill of a player who knows how to use her body, speed, and instincts to dominate.

She has learned to find her favorite spots on the floor, attack the basket with control and force, and finish through contact with power. Her toughness is unmatched—she never shies away from physical play and has built a reputation for throwing herself into every rebound and loose ball with total commitment.

Her teammates feed off her energy and competitive fire because they know she’s willing to do the dirty work that wins games. She dives on the floor without hesitation, outmuscles bigger players, and chases down rebounds as if every one of them is the last play of the game.
