Coach Brett brings a unique athletic background and a true passion for learning the art of coaching. A former high school basketball player and professional golfer, he deeply understands the pressures, discipline, and mindset that come with competing at a high level.
That perspective allows him to connect with young athletes in meaningful ways, applying thoughtful concepts to teaching, motivating, and guiding players both on and off the court.
As a trusted advisor to Coach Cass, Coach Bett fully embraces and emulates the program’s coaching philosophy. His ability to reinforce Coach Cass’s vision while keeping team unity strong makes him an invaluable part of the staff. Steady, insightful, and committed, he helps ensure that every player feels supported while the program continues to grow as a connected, high-performing team.

There are so many things to love about the YB family! We love Coach Cass and how he is teaching our kids how to become elite at basketball, but he is also caring for them as human beings. He is playing a major role in our kids’ development on and off the court.
